1. Label your duo-tang with your name
2. Insert the pages in this order:
a. Cover Page
b. Music Survey
c. 3 sheets of looseleaf paper
3. Close your duo-tang, and open it again. Are the
pages in the correct order? Are they all facing in the correct direction? If not, fix it.
4. When your duo-tang is complete, you must:
a. Finish your music survey
5. When the survey is complete, you may:
a. Colour/decorate your cover page
b. Play music memory match
